Fall is just around the corner, and I can already feel it creeping in—the crispness in the morning air, the way the trees are starting to hint at the colors they’ll soon show off, and the undeniable coziness that comes with the season. There’s something magical about this time of year when God's creation begins its annual transformation. The beauty of the changing leaves, the cooler evenings, and the smell of spices in the air all serve as reminders of how God designed this world to reflect His handiwork. If we pay attention, we can see God's hand in every part of nature.
It’s not just the outside world that changes in the fall; it’s a time that always invites me to reflect on the changes in my own life. If we stop and think about it, as believers, we’re called to be just like nature—always changing, always growing, and constantly renewing ourselves in the Lord. Sometimes we tend to look at change like it is bad, when in reality it is very necessary for growth and renewal. It is not all just for our enjoyment. There is a purpose! The trees shed their old leaves to make way for the new. In the same way, we can let go of what no longer serves us, trusting that God is working on something new in us. It’s a beautiful reminder that growth and renewal are essential to our walk with Christ.
This season, let’s embrace the changes, both in the world around us and within ourselves. Fall reminds us that God’s creation is in a constant state of renewal—and so should we be. As we see the beauty of His work in nature, let’s strive to be continually renewed and transformed in our faith, growing closer to Him with each season.
Now more than ever, we need to be in tune with the Holy Spirit. We need to be able to see where God is working, to hear when God is speaking, and to be ready to go wherever we are needed.
Now more than ever we need to have the strength, courage, and boldness to stand firm in what we believe and why we believe it.
Now more than ever, we need a voice and that voice needs to be heard!
No matter what season of life you're in, remember that God is always at work—transforming, strengthening, and guiding you.
So take a deep breath, enjoy the crisp autumn air, and trust that the same God who created the beauty of fall is also creating something beautiful in you. Embrace the season, embrace the change, and know that He is with you every step of the way.
Lord Bless You, Michelle
