For two-and-a-half years we had prayed and believed that he would be healed. Several times the doctors declared the cancer gone and each time it returned. Even after a bone marrow transplant, the cancer came back and they said there was nothing more they could do.

This is not what a parent wants to hear. We cried out in prayer still believing he would be healed but on September 7th 2016 our 26 year young son went home to be with The Lord.

For two and a half years we had believed, never allowing the thought of this moment to come into our minds.
 

• How could we have been so wrong?

• How would this affect our faith? ​

• How could we move forward with life itself?

Even those who know us best still do not know the intimate details. The ups, the downs, the triumphs, the sorrows, and more importantly the revelations and the gifts from our great God; Revelations and Gifts during the time of his sickness and Revelations and Gifts even a year after his passing.

One year after his home-going we began to earnestly seek God for answers. What we found out would lead us away from our home of 20+ years and into a great adventure of God's will, a following of His Holy Spirit to whatever He had for us next.
